I loved the upgrade from Mr Teoaman—proper hospitality, that! Brekkie was a lekker spread, and Sema and Duygu made me feel at home with their warm vibes. The view facing the Black Sea? Just stunning!

Only wished the housekeeping game was a bit sharper, had some slip-ups with my linen.

Beach area is poorly maintained, but the view and breakfast options are fantastic!

The hotel boasts friendly and accommodating staff, with stunning views from higher floors. Breakfast is plentiful, featuring high-quality offerings. some furniture in the rooms is showing signs of wear, which detracted slightly from the elegance expected from a Sheraton.

My stay at Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel was truly delightful. The spacious room offered breathtaking sea views, and the breakfast buffet was simply delightful, boasting a rich variety of traditional Turkish foods. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making my visit feel special.

Check-in could be friendlier.

The place was fantastic! We loved the stunning view of the Black Sea, and the breakfast spread was excellent, filled with various delicious options. Mr Teoaman's hospitality during our stay made everything feel more special, and the location was very convenient for exploring.

My wife says that the WiFi needs improvement.

Great spa services and a refreshing seasonal outdoor pool. Wi-Fi was spotty sometimes.

The view from the Executive Suite was simply breathtaking, overlooking the sparkling Black Sea. Staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond, quickly resolving an issue with the air conditioning. While the overall amenities were delightful, including a good selection of food and dining options, the cleanliness could use improvement, as some areas felt neglected. the parking situation was a bit cramped, which was inconvenient at times.
